No border toolbar does not

On August 25th, 2008 Michael Flaig (not verified) says:
No border toolbar does not work in all apps :( Just noticed that evolution and anjuta (maybe more) ignore the option
GtkToolbar::shadow_type = GTK_SHADOW_NONE Do you know a way around this? Don't those apps use GtkToolbar - maybe!?
