Currently, in dark themes, a white shadow appears in the fg of INSENSITIVE widgets. It would be nice to have the option to remove the shadow or to choose a different color.

The screenshots on that page show some ugly examples of text shadows. There is a patch that hasn't been touched since 2004! I'm going to give it a shot. I was hoping there would be an easier way to do this. Is it even possible to make this an option in Murrine?
I'm running 98.1.1 and it appears that insensitive text is still embossed.
I simply want to disable embossing but I've found no option for it. Is it actually implemented?
